Sick Boy/ Sick Girl

Comes from a Social Distortion song ( Sick Boy ) about the modern punk rock rockabilly scene. The song is just under 25 years old now.

Kinda predated "sick" as a generic euphemism for "cool." Used more in context like "You gotta meet this sick kid George: he's legendary." Kinda like a greaser Goodfella.
